Winter 2025 Events

 

Billy 'Bud' Ford, Jr. will be here to talk about his life in Mansfield, growing up roping with his father at the Kow Bell Rodeo and Arena, and his current work at Bud Ford Farm where he offers riding lessons and trail rides. Bud is known in the area for his accomplishments in the rodeo circuit and for being the one to call when livestock gets loose. This event is free and while no registration is required, seats will be first come, first served.

 

This groundbreaking stage play gives the audience a glimpse of what it could possibly look like if African American descendants of slaves were each awarded 1.2 million dollars. The question on everyone’s mind is, “What will they do with the money?” Different scenarios are visited while following the lives of a group of acquaintances. Reparations will ignite conversations as many thought-provoking opinions are shared on stage for the audience to digest.

 

We have had too too much fun these past few years, so we're back to stay as long as you want us! Join us for a free 2.2 mile tutu fun run on Saturday 2/22 at McKnight Park East. This run is too too cute and insanely fun you'd be bonkers to miss it! No chip timing but prizes for the runners who are too too cute, too too fast, and have the most creative tutus and too many more to count!

Mansfield Philharmonic presents Remember the Titan

Join the Mansfield Philharmonic’s next concert as they embark on a symphonic voyage unlike any before! 80+ musicians will take the stage on Sunday, February 23rd at 7:00 pm for the ADMISSION FREE performance of Gustav Mahler’s First Symphony, “The Titan”. The evening will also include a performance of Howlett Smith’s “Glory Hallelujah Variations” featuring Janise White on piano!

 

Mainstage Classic Theatre in partnership with Mansfield ISD presents the classic "Anne of Green Gables". Only two total performances with tickets available at the door.

 

Mark your calendar for March 1, 2025 for the 25th Anniversary Charity Ball, Havana Nights! Entertainment, dinner, dancing, games, and auctions. We also plan to have a best dressed competition, so come in your best 50s Havana-inspired costume. We invite you to join us for a night to remember... and a night to really make a difference.
